Lara Solomon's book - Brand New Day, the highs and lows of starting a small business is a humorous, diary style account of the trials and tribulations of building a business.

This book is Lara's story of her first four years in her business, LaRoo. The book starts in 2004 when Lara left her full-time marketing role to set out on her own business adventure. Mocks mobile phone socks was the brand that Lara launched in 2004.

In her diary she talks about the challenges she faced and things that went well, as well as those that didn't go quite as well... what she achieved and what she messed up - sometimes very expensively!
